Richard L. Fuller, President founded Fuller Engineering Inc. in 1980. He obtained his Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and holds a Professional Engineer's license in Corrosion Engineering from the State of California. Richard has a background of over 40 years in industrial water analysis and resolution.

Lynette Fuller, Bulk Chemical Manager has been with Fuller Engineering Inc. for over 12 years. She obtained her Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona and her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Management from Claremont McKenna College.
